Shipping

Online orders for "in-stock" items placed on weekdays up until 9:00 AM Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day you order. Phone orders received by 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day as well. All other orders placed after these times will be shipped the next business day. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover/Novus orders are welcomed as well as Paypal. We do not bill your credit card until your order is shipped.

NOTE: Packages are dropped off in secure locations by UPS. If you are not sure if your location is secure, make sure to request "signature required" in the comments box when ordering.

UPS delivers Monday through Friday and in some cases Saturday depending on the area. USPS ships Monday-Saturday. Keep in mind that overnight shipping does not deliver on weekends and Two Day Shipping does not count the day it was shipped, but the next two days after that (and no weekends).

We Email Your UPS Tracking Number:
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers for ground shipping direct from UPS. You may then track your packages by going to www.ups.com and entering your tracking number. Sorry, they don't always email overnight or 2-day shipping tracking numbers as there isn't enough time before they arrive. As UPS does not ship to APO's, we use USPS. Tracking numbers are not available for these shipments..

Very Important: Customers who refuse delivery of packages they have ordered will be charged the full cost of shipping to them and the return shipping to us.

Attention International Customers: Orders shipped out of the U.S. arrive DUTIES UNPAID. Your country may impose additional customs taxes and/or brokerage fees we have no control over. These fees will be due before you receive your package. Oversize and or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for approval before your order is shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM US if you don't intend on paying these additional fees. If you refuse the package due to not wanting to pay these fees, we will have to charge you both shipping costs to you and back to us. In addition, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee to get our products back.
