Journey 87cm Hemp Topsheet- USED

These handmade classic boards are constructed with a hemp topsheet custom dyed with forest green color. Hemp top sheets are easy to restore to new condition with epoxy and highly durable. Poplar wood core sandwiched between two layers of triaxial fiberglass with a sintered base complete the package. These have a handmade, rather than a factory produced look. One of the best quality skiboards ever made, these are brand used but bases are in excellent shape.

These were designed with an aggressive parabolic sidecut, the classic skiboard design. For those of you not familiar with Journey, they were one of the specialized skiboard companies that made all their models by hand, who were known for their rock solid performance. They are no longer in business. Recommended for advanced/expert riders or intermediate skiboarders who want to progress quickly.

4 stainless steel inserts will take the Snowjam Extreme II or Bomber Elite bindings. Note: Non-release bindings will not release in a fall. If you are concerned about your bindings not releasing, the Snowjam Extreme II or Bomber bindings are not the bindings to choose.
