1. New, unused products purchased from us can be returned in the same condition as received for a full refund, store credit or
exchange within 30 days of purchase (international orders are extended to 45 days). This applies to products returned in new
and unused condition only or in the same condition as received in the case of used demos. For prepackaged items, these must be
returned intact in original packaging.
2. Products returned to us that are scratched, damaged in any way, are missing parts, are no longer in new condition (unless purchased as
demos) or are not returned within the 30 day period (45 days for international) will not receive a full refund or credit, and may
be charged a restocking fee, and/or additional charges to cover the cost of the damage which may vary from 15% up
to the full purchase price. This also applies to products shipped back to us that are not packaged properly and as a result are
damaged during shipping. In other words, if you buy something from us and want to return it for whatever reason, we need it
returned in the same condition within 30 days.
Exception: If the shipping company takes responsibility for products damaged in transit, you will not be responsible to
pay shipping charges.
3. If the original purchase was paid for by credit card, you will receive a
prompt credit to your account upon receipt of your return. For replacements
or exchanges, your credit card will then be charged for the new item when
shipped. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on
your monthly statement. If payment was made by money order/check, then you
would receive either a refund check for the returned item or store credit
at your request (we hold store credits for up to 180 days).
Note: Original shipping charges to the customer are not reimubursed unless it is due to our error.
4. Return shipping charges to Skiboards.com are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (i.e. we sent
the wrong item). In that case, call or email us and we will arrange a call tag to pay shipping back to Skiboards.com. Note: We reserve the right to determine the degree
of defect or error that warrants a return.
Note: We do not accept returns shipped COD.
Exchanges:
Upon returning your item, please make sure you have clearly indicated the replacement or exchange item(s) including size and
color specifics on the Easy Return/Exchange Form. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges on replacements/exchanges.

Warranty Returns:
Used products fall under the manufacturer warranty coverage. If you have a defective product,
please submit a return form indicating this is a Warranty Return. Please make sure it falls within the warranty period for that particular
product. Briefly explain the problem, make sure you fill out
all personal information correctly and enclose it in the box when you return it. You are responsible for shipping charges back
to us. We will handle the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and return a new, replacement item or repaired item and cover shipping
costs back to you. However, customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all international countries are responsible for
all shipping charges.
Exception: The damaged item is deemed by the manufacturer to not fall within their warranty
replacement guidelines. i.e. they determine that the customer is responsible for the damages due to neglect, abuse or
improper use. In that case, we can ship the returned item back to you (you will be responsible for return shipping charges).

Please make note that you are responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees related to your purchase. Please contact your
local customs office for more information. Refused or abandoned orders will be charged for return shipping/handling.

How to Return your Item:
Here's all you do:
1. Complete the Easy Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your order. If you need a copy, you can download a printable
Easy Return/Exchange form.
2. Pack your merchandise in the original packing, if available, or suitable packing and enclose the completed
Easy Return/Exchange Form in the box. You are responsible for packing the product to insure it isn't damaged due to improper
packaging.
3. Return the item insured by U.S. Postal Service or private carrier.
